After almost a year in the studio The Monarchy is proud to release its first fiull length ten song album "Decree" available here on iTunes Here Recording began in September 2013 and continued through the harshest and most brutal winter the band has ever known at Mercury Studios in Rahway. The Monarchy conducted a science experiment where we tried to breed Thomas Dolby with Danny Elfman, and when it didn't exactly work we figured the next best thing to do would be to write a song as if the two of them had offspring.... and Dr. Oz selected it as the theme song for the Dr. Oz Celebrity Science fair series.
